Refund Process

If a refund is required, we’ll process within 24 hours of the item being returned to us and/or the refund being approved.

Refund Processing Time

Once we’ve processed a refund, it normally takes 2-3 business days for the money to show in your account.

Refund Payment Method

All refunds will be processed by reversing the payment method used. If you paid for by credit card, the refund will be processed back on to the same card used. If you paid for by bank deposit, the refund will be transferred into the same bank account used to pay for the order.

We’re unable to process refunds into accounts not used for the transaction for security reasons.
